I've tutored maths for over 20 years, across NCEA, Cambridge, IB and university papers. You get the same tutor every week, for as long as you need, and most of my students stay three years or more.

Practice material I've written
I've written hundreds of worksheets, practice exams and revision sets across every curriculum I teach, including seven practice exams for the new Cambridge non-calculator paper. Students get material matched to exactly what they're studying.
How it works
Free 30-minute intro on Zoom. Exam-bound students start on a topic they need; younger students get a short diagnostic. Parents are welcome but don't need to attend.
Weekly one-hour sessions. We work on a shared whiteboard, and students keep the notes from every session.
Reschedule online. Move a session through your booking link when something comes up, with 24 hours' notice.
WhatsApp between sessions for questions that can't wait a week.
First session free, then $97 an hour. No minimum number of sessions. If you want a regular weekly time held for you, a one-term commitment secures it.

I've been tutoring maths for over 20 years, working one-on-one with students from Year 7 through to university.
I teach NCEA, Cambridge and IB, as well as first- and second-year university maths. Most students come to me for one exam and stay for three years or more. By then I know how they think, where they usually slip up, and what's coming next for them, so we can deal with problems before they show up in a test.
I've also written hundreds of my own worksheets and practice papers. If a student needs another twenty questions on trig the night before a test, I usually have them ready, and they can message me on WhatsApp if they get stuck.
Both Simon and I just wanted to thank you very much for all the hours you have put in with Jonnie over the past 3 years, he wouldn't have got to where he is now without your careful and thorough teaching and I have never seen him come home smiling like he did after his Stats exam!
Very interesting and significant that the subject he so struggled with i.e. Maths was his top mark! Thanks again for all of your great work with him last year which contributed to such wonderful exam results!
